Overview
Prospace's Visitor Management System is a solution designed to help organizations manage their visitor flow and enhance security (especially in the early days of covid-19). It allows visitors to sign in and out of the premises easily, helps staff to pre-register visitors and prints out visitor badges, and provides real-time monitoring and reporting of visitor activity. The system is also customizable to fit the specific needs of different organizations and can integrate with other security systems for a more comprehensive approach to visitor management. Overall, Prospace's Visitor Management System is a tool that streamlines visitor management processes and enhances security for organizations of all types and sizes.
Users connect the VMS to the dashboard with a unique code. They can also configure the appearance theme of the app.
Home and Check-in
Visitors who have received a digital invitation to visit the workplace/office can checkin using the fast-pass ID. Followed by confirming the "Host" that the visitor wants to meet. The VMS will automatically send a notification to the "Host" that the guest has arrived.
Manual Check-in & Legal
For visitors who come without an invitation can fill in their personal data manually on the VMS app by signing a statement of acceptance to the Terms & Conditions of the workplace.
Invitation
Hosts can invite their guests up to 2 hours prior to arrival. Guests can fill in their personal details through this invitation.
